Our Principal Licensed Conveyancer, Deb Connolly has over 30 years’ experience in Law.  Deb personally undertakes all critical components of the transaction and her early years briefing Barrister’s and Paralegal role in Civil and Criminal law matters, combined with her property law qualification and experience, means you’re not just getting your typical  Licensed Conveyancer. 

Deb has owned her own business for 19 years and years ago head hunted our very skilled Senior Conveyancer, Mrs Renee Coates.  Renee has over 22 years Property law experience.  Both Deb and Renee are supported by  Miss  “super secretary”  Baileeh Fietkau, who is also studying a Bachelor of Business.

Buying a Property

At Connolly Conveyancing we provide reliable, professional advice to make sure you are protected from unnecessary or unexpected costs. When you fall in love with a property it can be challenging not to rush in.

Things such as Easements, Restrictive Covenants, Flood Zones can all create complications and ultimately affect the future use of the property.  The Sale Contract must show all of these issues and that’s why it’s important for your conveyancer to review the Sale Contract BEFORE you sign.

There are many checks to be done and once you sign the Sale Contract, you only have a certain number of days to achieve this. Financially you need to be aware of all the costs involved in your purchase.  How much is the Stamp Duty, what are your new mortgage repayments to name a few.

Selling a Property

Everyone wants to get the best sale price when selling their property. That’s why it’s a good idea to contact Connolly Conveyancing early so we can provide you with all of the information you need to consider or include in your Sale Contract.
